Is the warm weather here to stay?

It has been absolutely beautiful weather the last few weeks.  However, we don’t want to get so excited for the spring that we don’t prepare our lawns and gardens for a few more frosts.  I have noticed that the grass is greening and that the green sprouts have started to pop out of the ground.  This is a magical time of year and feel free to post pics of your lawn or gardens – for inspiration for the rest of us!

It is hard not to go and buy all the new plants for spring; especially since they are very tempting when we have had very little selection for the last season.  If you do choose to go this route – keep covers ready to put over your new purchases.  Also, don’t go overboard; this means do not buy more than you can protect until the threat of frosts is behind us.

We will keep you updated on the latest lawn care tips and we will let you know when it is time to fertilize your lawn and gardens.  Please feel free to ask questions and we will get back to you with the answers to your questions.  It is always better to be safe than sorry!
